We are committed to delivering durable, aesthetically appealing, and energy-efficient solutions for both private and government building projects. As we continue to expand our presence across various regions, we are seeking an experienced and goal-driven Regional Sales Manager – Projects to manage key accounts and drive project-based sales initiatives.

Job Summary:

Regional Sales Manager – Projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting private and government building projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and government authorities.
  • Identify tender opportunities and ensure timely submission of bids for relevant projects.
  • Lead negotiations and secure project approvals for the company’s uPVC doors and windows.
  • Monitor ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the design, production, and logistics teams for seamless project execution.
  • Keep abreast of government policies, industry standards, and competitor activities in the region.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and brand awareness.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project pipelines, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project sales within the uPVC, building materials, or construction industry.
  • Proven track record in handling private and government projects successfully.
  • Strong network of contacts within the architecture, construction, and government sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a project sales team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and understanding of tendering processes.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required.
