Job Summary: The Accounts Manager Branch Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and accounting practices at the branch level. This role ensures compliance with company policies, accurate reporting, effective internal controls, and supports branch leadership in achieving financial goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Accounting & Reporting Maintain accurate books of accounts for the branch. Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Perform branch-wise profit & loss analysis and cost control reporting. 2. Compliance & Audit Ensure GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory compliance at the branch. Liaison with internal and external auditors; coordinate for timely audit closures. 3. Cash Flow & Fund Management Monitor daily cash and bank transactions. Ensure sufficient working capital for branch operations. Authorize payments and ensure adherence to approval processes. 4. Branch Operations Control Supervise and control inventory, billing, and accounts receivable/payable processes. Review and verify branch expenses and ensure adherence to budgets. 5. Team Leadership Lead and mentor the branch accounting team. Conduct training and performance evaluations. 6. Coordination & Support Collaborate with Sales, Purchase, and Administration teams for smooth functioning. Report branch financials to Head Office and provide financial insights. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation (GST, TDS, etc.) Proficient in Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. CA Inter / ICWA / MBA (Finance) preferred. 5-10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a branch or multi-location environment.

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our HR team. This role entails a dual responsibility, primarily focusing on Recruitment Management and HRMS activities, along with HR Generalist functions. The position requires a balanced approach, with dedication to Recruitment and HRMS application Management, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Recruitment Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, scheduling interviews, and shortlisting candidates. Address and resolve employee grievances. Drive employee engagement, development, and training initiatives. Demonstrate effective presentation and communication skills. Conduct onboarding activities and induction processes. Support daily HR operations. Utilize Naukri databases for new hire information. Monitor employee progress during onboarding programs. Facilitate formal introductions between new hires and supervisors or department managers. Conduct orientation training on company policies and procedures. Respond to employee queries regarding HR regulations and benefits. Assist with payroll processes. HRMS Management: Independently manage all HRMS activities. Oversee the employee lifecycle from hiring to exit. Regularly monitor attendance and leaves with assistance from attendance coordinators. Coordinate with HRMS service providers and ensure effective communication. Handle payroll-related queries and possess a strong understanding of statutory components. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance in the HRMS system. Update and maintain employee records and documentation. Serve as the main point of contact for HRMS-related queries. Collaborate with departments to streamline HRMS processes. Preferred candidate profile Male candidates will be preferred. Experience: 5-10 years in HR roles. Proficiency in regional languages like Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, and Tamil is advantageous. Graduation is mandatory. Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office packages. Preference for candidates with proven knowledge of HRMS software such as Keka HRMS, greytHR, or similar platforms. Capable of working independently and handling all HRMS activities effectively.
