  • Strong knowledge of industrial B2B sales processes
  • Ability to handle technical proposals and techno- commercial discussions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • CRM and report management proficiency
  • Regional language proficiency
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Southern region.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies for Southern Region.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors (steel, power, cement, etc.)
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Coordinate with internal proposal, design, and execution teams for smooth project handling
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments
  • Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, visit reports, and market updates
  • Represent the company in technical meetings, exhibitions, and client presentations
  • Ensure CRM data is up-to-date and aligned with business goals.
