Job Description

Strong knowledge of industrial B2B sales processes
Ability to handle technical proposals and techno- commercial discussions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
CRM and report management proficiency
Regional language proficiency
Willingness to travel extensively within Southern region.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies for Southern Region.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors (steel, power, cement, etc.)
Manage client relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues
Coordinate with internal proposal, design, and execution teams for smooth project handling
Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments
Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, visit reports, and market updates
Represent the company in technical meetings, exhibitions, and client presentations
Ensure CRM data is up-to-date and aligned with business goals.
