Candidate must have experience of 5-8 years in heavy fabrication industry. Candidate must have knowledge of welding processes. Review & understanding of documents such as design drawings, P& ID, QAP, procedures and applicable code. Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan. Review of material Test certificates as per applicable codes / engineering drawing / specification. Preparation of stage inspection reports, NDT reports. Performing inward inspection for material like plate, pipe, angle, channel, flanges & fittings. Performing stage inspection as per approved QAP/ drawing. Knowledge of ERP software. Inspection of bought out items as per approved GAD & data sheet. Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.
