Designation: Corporate Recruiter Reporting: Head- Talent Acquisition Experience: 1 Year Shift: (10:00AM - 07:00PM IST) Location: Sector-68, Noida, U.P, India (On-Site) Salary : Up to 25K CTC (21K in hand) Qualification Required: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Managemen t Summary: As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for researching, headhunting, and mining for a network of engaged top talents; nurturing leads in the form of online engagements and relationship building; and using data-driven analytics. You must know how to navigate recruitment platforms, tools, and technologies to maximize them. The more knowledgeable you are in optimizing these tools to connect job seekers with Acro, the better digital recruiter you are. You must be well-versed on the recruiting platforms used to look for employment and consume content like LinkedIn - to strategize on how to use social media towards reeling in the best candidates - keeping them engaged before making the first contact about our job openings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Recruiting candidates for the US staffing division. Sourcing of matching profiles through various Job Portals/ networking websites: LinkedIn / Google search/ references/ cold calling/ Job Advertisements. Screening of the prospective candidates from the Recruiters perspective. To build effective candidate pipelines. Building and maintaining effective candidate relationships through proactive sourcing and continuous networking. Must have a sense of urgency, passion, and drive - to ensure alignment with business and make sure your hiring pools are always on track. Willing to make 50- 60 Calls a day for Sourcing (Screening, Sourcing & Schedule calls, and interviews). Must have Strong Convincing & Follow -up with Candidates. Special Requirements: • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in US recruitment is preferred or nice to have relevant experience in internal recruitment, hiring US Recruiters. Must be open for work from the offices. Must be a Team Player. Must have a proven track record of achieving monthly hiring goals. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Desired Candidate Profile : Proven Work Experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Resume Databases. Prior Experience in US Recruitment is preferred or nice to have Relevant Experience in Internal Recruitment. Experience with Sourcing Techniques. Understanding of Referral Programs. Solid Verbal and Written Communication Skills. Sound Judgement. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management. Strong Analytical and Interpersonal Skills. Good Reasoning, Quantitative Skills, and Organization Skills. Creative and Research Oriented. Excellent Networking Skills, People Person, and Team Player. Good Comprehension and Articulation Skills.
