Data-Driven Recruitment: Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, to continuously improve the recruitment process. Provide regular updates on hiring progress and strategies to key stakeholders, highlighting challenges and successes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources. Masters degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with proven expertise in building and managing the full recruitment cycle. Hands-on experience with ATS, HRMS/HRIS systems, and MS Office applications. Strong sourcing skills with a deep understanding of modern recruitment tools and platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and work with senior stakeholders.
