Owning the candidature post offer to ensure conversion and assured onboarding Ideally, you have: Ability to think creatively to identify best-fit staffing options for the demand High learnability and ability to pivot and start delivering impactful outcomes with a quick turnaround time 6 - 10 years of experience in similar roles at start-ups or mid-size companies. Post-graduate degree (preferred, but not mandatory). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in relationship management with stakeholders, candidates ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Independent thought leadership combined with a proactive and team-oriented approach. Acumen to manage Applicant Tracking systems is preferred.
