The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to fulfill our staffing needs. Day-to-day tasks include developing recruiting strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating training sessions for new hires. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively. Qualifications Skills in Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting Strong Communication skills and proficiency in building candidate relationships Experience in Training and onboarding new employees Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is beneficial,
