Recruitment Specialist - HR

As a Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to design and implement an overall recruiting strategy. You will be required to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications, as well as perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. In this role, you will prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, and other platforms. Sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates using databases, social media, and other tools will be a key part of your job. You will also be responsible for assessing applicants" relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. Onboarding new employees to ensure they become fully integrated into the organization will also be one of your tasks. As a Recruiter, you will need to monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices and act as a point of contact to build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. To be successful in this role, you should have proven work experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency. Hands-on experience with various selection processes is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Additionally, proficiency in English and Hindi languages is required for this position.
