As a Recruitment Training Specialist at DivIHN, you will play a crucial role in creating a supportive and engaging environment for trainees. Reporting directly to the Training Manager, you will be responsible for training and mentoring individuals, contributing to their growth and success in the dynamic world of talent acquisition. The preferred location for this full-time position is Trichy (Tiruchirappalli), India. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on specific industries, and possess strong interpersonal skills for coaching and mentoring. A certification or background in training or human resources is preferred but not mandatory.
