End to End solution of JOB Requirement we receive from Abroad which includes :- a.Posting of Job Profiles on various portals like naukri.com , f oundit.com, timesjobs.com b.Receiving applications and screening them as per job requirement and suitability c.Sending emails to applicants for further updating them about country and job profile and calling them interacting them to assess their suitability for the Jobs. d.Preparing final lists of candidates for sending to client company e.Arranging interviews for which sending call letters via email and asking them to attend either telephonic or skype or personal interview at the fixed date and venue. f.Sending offer letter to selected candidate and getting their acceptance g.Getting involved in to the visa processes of the candidates. h.Arranging Personal Interviews Office Documentation, email drafting , simple office management like handling petty cash etc. Interacting with any external customer who comes to our office for their satisfaction. Interacting with any candidate if he comes to our office for knowing the requirements and vacancies Any Other work as assigned
