Recruitment Co-ordinator

About the Role:

We are a growing recruitment firm looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our team with end-to-end recruitment coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and regularly update MIS (Management Information System) and recruitment trackers.
• Share shortlisted candidate profiles with clients via email and track feedback/follow-up.
• Coordinate with selected candidates for:
• Pre-offer formalities
• Collection of resignation letters from current employers
• Pre-joining documentation (ID proofs, salary slips, educational docs, etc.)
• Regular follow-ups till the candidate's joining date
• Liaise with internal recruiters for status updates.
• Provide timely status reports to management.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and email communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of ATS or CRM tools is an added advantage
