Recruitment Advisor

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Advisors to join our team. As a Recruitment Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include contacting potential candidates (leads provided by the company), sharing details of overseas job vacancies, guiding candidates through the procedures, convincing them to proceed, and ensuring the successful closure of recruitment deals. Key Responsibilities: - Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company. - Share details of overseas job opportunities with potential candidates. - Explain procedures, requirements, and fee structures clearly to candidates. - Convince potential clients and close the recruitment deals effectively. - Maintain regular follow-ups and provide excellent client service. - Keep accurate records of interactions and closures for documentation purposes. Requirements: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a recruitment agency or a study abroad consultancy is mandatory. - Bachelor's Degree in sales or a related field. - Strong communication and convincing skills. - Target-oriented and self-motivated individual. - Good understanding of overseas job placement processes. - Both males and females are encouraged to apply. - Immediate joiners are preferred. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Performance bonuses are offered based on achievements. The work location is in person.
