Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Advisors to join our team. You will be responsible for calling potential candidates (leads provided by the company), sharing overseas job vacancies, guiding them through the procedures, convincing them to proceed, and ensuring the successful closure of sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company
• Share details of overseas job opportunities
• Explain procedures, requirements, and fee structures clearly
• Convince potential clients and close the recruitment deals
• Maintain regular follow-ups and provide excellent client service
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and closures

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a recruitment agency or a study abroad consultancy is mandatory
• Bachelor's Degree sales or related field
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Good understanding of overseas job placement processes
• Both males and females can apply
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
