Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage account-specific administrative tasks such as CV capturing, requisition tracking, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist completion, ATS updates, and pre-employment screening coordination.
  • Take ownership of various ad-hoc recruitment administration activities to support the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.
  • Collaborate on and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports accurately within specified deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (e.g., background check vendors), and other key account partners.
  • Keep all stakeholders continuously informed on process updates, timelines, and candidate statuses.
  • Handle day-to-day operational queries related to recruitment coordination, resolving them in a timely and professional manner or escalating when necessary.
  • Support and contribute to process improvements within the team by actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in campus hiring coordination, including engagement with colleges, scheduling drives, managing bulk hiring timelines, and maintaining candidate experience.
  • Prior exposure to working in a fast-paced recruitment delivery environment or shared services model.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing individual responsibilities independently.
