Innovative Solutions: Develop and deliver cutting-edge presentations, offering insight into market trends, specialist recruitment strategies, and forecasting. Streamlined Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to craft detailed recruitment plans, ensuring a robust candidate pipeline for each vacancy. Data-Driven Insights: Provide regular reports and market information to hiring managers, empowering them with actionable insights. Creative Sourcing: Implement creative solutions to source top-tier candidates, fostering relationships with recruitment suppliers and driving candidate generation. Exceptional Support: Offer candidates and managers comprehensive CV and interview feedback, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to project work, refining recruitment processes, and delivering impactful training sessions within the team. Qualifications: Required/ Minimum Qualifications: Recruitment Expertise: Proven success in recruitment, handling both permanent and contract roles. Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively liaise with clients, showcasing a positive, decisive, and forward-thinking approach. Strategic Insight: Strong reasoning, reporting, and organizational skills, complemented by excellent presentation abilities. Industry Acumen: Sound understanding of market sectors, competitors, and adept problem-solving and negotiation skills. Professional Acumen: Project professionalism, influence at all levels, and network within large client sites.
