Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter Consultant to join our team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for various roles, as well as building relationships with clients and candidates. Youll play a critical role in helping us find the right talent. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and company culture fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, providing timely communication to all parties. Maintain recruitment metrics and reports , tracking time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and pipeline status. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings by nurturing relationships with potential candidates. Create and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) . Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills in interactions with candidates, teams, and stakeholders.
