Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as LinkedIn, headhunting, market mapping, and end-to-end recruitment. Conduct interviews and negotiate salaries to secure the best candidates for clients. Manage interview processes from scheduling to onboarding new hires. Identify revenue generation opportunities by upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination during the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile 4-8 years of experience in IT staffing industry with expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment. Strong understanding of market mapping techniques to identify potential candidates. Excellent negotiation skills for effective salary negotiations with candidates. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
