Receptionist/Administrator

Front Desk Duties

• Welcoming visitors with a warm and professional attitude
• Handling incoming calls and directing them to the correct department or person
• Managing appointments and showroom visit schedules
• Keeping a visitor logbook or digital check-in system

Administrative Support

• Maintaining records of inquiries, leads, and appointments
• Coordinating with sales or design teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
• Managing brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials at the reception area
• Processing basic documentation or assisting with customer forms and feedback
• Assisting the General Manager with overall showroom operations.

Customer Service

• Providing information about products and services available in the showroom
• Listening to customer concerns and connecting them with the right personnel
• Handling complaints or issues professionally and escalating when needed

Tech & Data Tasks

• Managing emails and responding to inquiries promptly
• Handling billing or invoice inquiries in coordination with accounts team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
