Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Desk Executive at KDM India's Mumbai office. The role involves handling reception duties such as answering phone calls, managing mail, greeting visitors, and offering administrative support. The Executive will also assist with customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and handle other clerical responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Experience in receptionist and clerical duties
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
