To support our growth and uphold our service quality, we are seeking a **Receptionist** who will be the face of our clinic and a key part of our administrative operations.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a committed, well-organized, and proactive Receptionist to manage front office responsibilities, coordinate patient flow, and assist with billing and daily operations. The ideal candidate will be efficient, friendly, and capable of maintaining a professional environment, ensuring every client receives a seamless and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist all patients and visitors in a professional manner

* Manage patient appointments and maintain scheduling systems

* Handle billing and daily cash operations using Tally and MS Office

* Maintain front desk records, documentation, and inventory logs

* Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and provide basic information on services

* Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure timely patient care

* Support administrative duties and follow clinic protocols

Qualifications and Skills:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, customer service, or receptionist roles (preferred)

* Proficiency in Tally, Billing Software, and Microsoft Office Suite

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Tamil)

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

* Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow professionally

* Freshers with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply

Working Hours

* Clinic Timing:

Morning: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Evening: 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Treatment hours: Based on appointments
