Job Description

FEMALE's ONLY
A Receptionist's duties and responsibilities include greeting visitors, helping them navigate through an office, and supplying them with refreshments as they wait. In addition, they maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies, and plan travel arrangements.

  • Customer service: Greet visitors and clients, answer questions, and provide a welcoming environment
  • Phone calls: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and screen calls
  • Office management: Maintain office supplies, keep records up to date, and perform clerical tasks like filing, copying, and faxing
  • Scheduling: Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage event calendars
  • Travel arrangements: Make travel arrangements for clients or employees
  • Mail: Sort, distribute, and deliver mail, and manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Administrative tasks: Process bills, prepare vouchers, and record office expenses
  • Security: Manage security and telecommunications systems, and maintain safety and hygiene standards
  • Events: Coordinate internal and external events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
