Job Description

We are looking for a well-spoken, presentable, and proactive female receptionist to be the face of our institute. She will handle front-desk responsibilities, greet visitors, assist walk-ins, manage calls, and support the admin & counseling teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and welcome students, visitors, and parents with a professional attitude 2. Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and provide basic course information. 3. Manage walk-in inquiries and direct them to the admission counselor 4. Maintain front desk cleanliness and a professional environment. 5. Assist with student registrations, documentation, and daily attendance 6. Coordinate with telecallers and faculty for smooth batch operations 7. Handle admin tasks like filing, stationary tracking, and scheduling appointments. Requirements: 1. Gender: Female 2. Languages: Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English. 3. Smart, confident, and pleasant personality. 4. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Basic knowledge of computer (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, etc.). 6. Prior front-desk or receptionist experience is a plus (Freshers can apply). 7. Should be punctual, well-organized, and student-friendly What We Offer: 1.
