Job Description

Greeting Visitors:Providing a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors to the office.
Answering Phones:Managing a multi-line phone system, answering calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person or department.
Managing Inquiries:Addressing visitor questions, providing information, and guiding people to the correct location within the office.
Administrative Tasks:Performing a variety of administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing mail and deliveries, making copies, and maintaining office supplies.
Maintaining Reception Area:Keeping the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable, ensuring it reflects the company's image.
Providing Customer Service:Delivering excellent customer service to visitors and callers, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Security:Monitoring the reception area, managing visitor access, and adhering to security protocols.
Other duties as assigned:Performing other clerical and administrative tasks as needed to support the office and staff.

Pay: ₹18,886.00 - ₹30,907.24 per month
