Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors warmly, manage walk-ins, and maintain a professional reception area. Call Handling: Answer, screen, and route phone calls; provide basic information about listings or services. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate meetings between clients and agents, manage calendars, and avoid double bookings. Administrative Support: Assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining client records. Mail & Correspondence: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and courier services. Client Assistance: Provide preliminary information about properties, pricing, and agent availability. Event Coordination: Help organize open houses or promotional events, including signage and refreshments.
