We are looking for a well-presented and enthusiastic Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of professionalism. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com graduates preferred) Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.) Friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to handle front-desk responsibilities with efficiency Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately Handle daily administrative tasks and correspondence Maintain front office appearance and ensure a welcoming environment Coordinate with internal departments when necessary Preferred Skills: Organizational and multitasking abilities Customer service experience is an advantage Fluency in English and Hindi If you are a graduate with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent front-desk service, we would love to hear from you!
