We're hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to lead daily operations and team performance at our production plants. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead production teams across mixing, extrusion, freezing, and packing lines. Achieve daily production targets and maintain production efficiency (OEE, downtime control). Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards. Coordinate with maintenance for preventive equipment care. Monitor in-process quality checks and handle non-conformance actions. Train and develop operators and junior supervisors. Maintain accurate production reports and ERP/SAP entries. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical or Production Engineering. 7–10 years of experience in FMCG/ice cream/dairy manufacturing.
