Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for managing property listings, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and liaising with developers and other real estate professionals. The role also involves staying up-to-date with market trends and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.

*Required candidate from Ahmedabad only. Should have exp in real estate minimum 1 year.

• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Background in Real Estate Development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends in Ahmedabad
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in real estate
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
