Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Gurugram. The Real Estate Sales representative will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, engaging with clients to understand their real estate needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth transactions. Key responsibilities include showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values.

Qualifications

• 2wheeler/site visits
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Real Estate management
• Proven experience in Sales and handling Real Property transactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
