Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Associate located in Noida. The Real Estate Sales Associate will be responsible for daily tasks such as prospecting and acquiring new clients, presenting properties, guiding clients through the buying and selling process, and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients. The role also involves managing property listings, negotiating deals, and ensuring clients have a seamless and satisfactory experience in their real estate transactions.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License
• Customer Service and Real Estate skills
• Experience in Sales and handling Real Property transactions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using real estate management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
