Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and target key real estate companies, developers, contractors, and industrial clients.
Build a robust sales pipeline through active prospecting, lead generation, and networking with industry stakeholders.
Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and technical proposals tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with internal engineering and estimation teams to prepare project specific commercial offers.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including architects, consultants, and project managers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the construction and real estate segments.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in civil / mechanical engineering, International Business, or a related field. (MBA is a plus)
12-18 years of experience in domestic/international sales.
