Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and target key real estate companies, developers, contractors, and industrial clients.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline through active prospecting, lead generation, and networking with industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and technical proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and estimation teams to prepare project specific commercial offers.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including architects, consultants, and project managers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the construction and real estate segments.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Bachelors degree in civil / mechanical engineering, International Business, or a related field. (MBA is a plus)
  • 12-18 years of experience in domestic/international sales.
