We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling residential apartments, building client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This role offers flexibility for both part-time and full-time engagements, making it ideal for self-driven individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for real estate. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell residential apartment projects to prospective buyers through site visits, calls, online platforms, and promotional events. Generate and follow up on leads through digital marketing, property portals, and personal network. Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site tours. Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documents. Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with marketing teams to organize promotional activities, exhibitions, and open houses. Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the CRM/operations team to ensure smooth handover.
