React.js Developer

As a React.js Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge Enterprise Applications for the Banking & Retail sector. Your educational background includes a Degree or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5 years of coding experience in ReactJS (TypeScript), HTML, Tailwind CSS, CSS-Pre-processors, or CSS-in-JS for creating Enterprise Applications with high performance for Responsive Web Applications. Experience in the Banking or Retail domains is a must-have for this role. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing highly-responsive user interface components using React concepts. You will also work on architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts. Your technical skills should include writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as developing responsive web-based UI. Moreover, you should have a thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, and experience with popular React.js workflows such as Flux, Redux, ContextAPI, or Data Structures. Unit testing using Jest, Enzyme, Jasmine, or equivalent frameworks should be part of your skill set along with an understanding of linter libraries like TSLINT and Prettier. Your functional skills are equally important, including following best coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards and practices. Experience in Agile methodology will be beneficial in this role as you ensure the quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization. Soft skills are also key for success in this position. You should be able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increase their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience. Being a self-motivator and self-starter, you should demonstrate the ability to own and drive initiatives without supervision while working collaboratively with teams across the organization.
