React Native Developer - Team Lead

This is a full-time on-site role for a React Native Developer - Team Lead at Codobux. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the design and development of mobile applications using React Native, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The role involves collaborating with designers, project managers, and other team members to create innovative and user-friendly solutions. As a Team Lead, your key responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of developers to achieve project goals, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications using React Native, and collaborating with designers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused and innovative solutions. You will also be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects while following quality standards, as well as staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile app development. To qualify for this role, you should have front-end development and JavaScript skills, back-end web development and software development experience, proficiency in Redux.js, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience in leading and mentoring a team will be an added advantage.,
