Here are the main requirements- Responsible for lubricant development for automotive applications including formulation development, testing and monitoring Mandatory experience in full lubricant development cycle (mainly on road application : motorcycle and passenger car oils), and engine testings (mainly conventional) Experience working on lubricant development projects with OEMs Possess expertise in engine testing, additive evaluation and powertrain testing Chemical or Mechanical engineer of high scientific level. With 10 years of experience (from additives suppliers, lubricant industries mainly). PhD would be a plus.
