RapidShyp - Executive - Inside Sales

As a Lead Generation specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media. Your role will involve engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. It will be essential for you to develop a deep understanding of our freight services, pricing, and value propositions to effectively communicate the benefits to customers. You will conduct virtual meetings and presentations to showcase the value of our services to prospective clients. In addition, you will be in charge of maintaining and updating the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities. You will prepare and send quotes to customers, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and strive to close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets.
