Role & responsibilities: - Develop and implement regional sales plans to meet or exceed annual sales targets. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. - Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals, ensuring high performance and professional growth. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including diagnostic centres, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. - Ensure the team is well-versed with the product offerings and provide ongoing training and support. - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. - Ensure all sales activities comply with the organization's standard operating procedures and ethical guidelines. - Monitor and control regional sales expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the market share. Preferred candidate profile: - Minimum of 10 years in sales, with over 5 years in team management roles. - Experience in the medical devices or diagnostics industry, preferably with a focus on Rapid Diagnostics. - Established relationships with key healthcare professionals and institutions. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; MBA is a plus
