Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Prayagraj. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing cost controls, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), overseeing cost management, planning, and reporting. The role involves working closely with project teams to ensure that all financial aspects of the project are managed efficiently and within budget.

Qualifications

Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
Experience in preparing and managing BOQ
Proficiency in Cost Reporting
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
