Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the quality strategy Implementation of administration and measurement of total quality management programs Six Sigma initiatives, Lean Manufacturing etc. Drive organizational initiatives like safety, health etc. in the team. Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of Total Quality Management Practices LEAN, Six Sigma and other best process Knowledge and technical understanding of automotive processes, components and manufacturing techniques Knowledge of Quality systems , ISO and quality assurance policies.
