Quality Manager cum Management representative

M.R Key Roles:
Act as point of contact for the organization with external bodies related to ISO & AS standardsDevelop, implement, and manage the organizations ISO Quality Management SystemOrganize and conduct internal ISO audits to assess the effectiveness of the Quality Management SystemCoordinate and communicate with all departments to ensure ISO standards are followedProvide training and guidance to staff regarding ISO standards, requirements, and changesLead the resolution process of any non-compliance issues identified from audits Ensure that all regulatory ISO documents are well maintained and up to date Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance Actively participate in external ISO audits and inspectionsPrepare and present ISO reports and performance data to managementCoordinate and facilitate MRM meetings between management and staffGood leadership, Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills

Quality Key Roles:
Monitor and improve in-process quality at forging presses, CNC machining, and finishing linesDefine and enforce control plans, SOPs, and inspection protocolsLead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)Interface with OEM and export customers for audits, approvals, and complaint resolutionManage supplier quality audits, evaluations, and development programsEnsure timely resolution of customer complaints and zero-defect deliveryEnsure readiness for regulatory and third-party inspectionsMaintain audit trails, documentation, and traceabilityKnowledge/Perform NDT techniques such as ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), dye penetrant testing (PT), and radiographic testing (RT) on forged and machined components and identify defects, cracks or other irregularities in the materials.Inspect, test, and sample materials, parts, or products for defects and deviations from specificationsConduct inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to identify defects or deviations from specificationsMonitor daily Quality department functions of incoming inspections, first article inspections, in process inspections and final inspections.Analyze quality issues, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions to improve product durability and performanceRecord inspection data for quantities inspected and maintain detailed records of Quality issues, inspection results and corrective actions taken.Good knowledge on measuring instruments Scheduling and implementation of calibration schedules for all measuring equipments, Testing equipments and masters Monitoring of product validation of all test facilitiesPreparation of QAPs , Verification of drawings and attending Customers/third-party inspectionsCMM Knowledge for measuring product dimensions and tolerancesWork closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standardsProvide technical training to staff as and when necessaryEffective communication and team work abilities

Minimum 5 plus years of proven experience as Quality Head & M.
