Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards for quality assurance.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain effective quality control processes for medical services, including patient care, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve clinical outcomes, reduce errors, and enhance patient satisfaction.
Provide training and guidance on quality management principles to staff members.
