Summary: As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will develop end-to-end testing architectures using new and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the implementation of effective quality engineering practices, providing technical leadership, and driving strategic direction in quality assurance initiatives. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall improvement of testing processes, ensuring that the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Develop and implement best practices for testing and quality assurance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and tools. - Experience in performance testing and load testing methodologies. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
