Quality Control Packaging Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a meticulous Packaging Quality Control Inspector to maintain the high standards of our packaging process.

Your responsibilities will include inspecting packaging materials, checking product assembly processes, and identifying discrepancies.

Our ideal candidates are detail-oriented, have a keen eye for quality, and are familiar with good manufacturing practices.

Ultimately, the role of the Packaging Quality Control Inspector is to ensure that all our products meet our established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and testing packaging materials for defects and deviations from specifications
• Observing and monitoring production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and making or ordering necessary process or assembly adjustments
• Removing all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
• Discussing inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommending necessary corrective actions
• Documenting inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records
• Complying with all necessary safety guidelines and procedures
• Participating in routine visual inspections

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Quality Control Inspector or relevant role
• Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems
• Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies

• Artwork
• Shadecards
• Pantone

Experience: 5 to 9 years

Location: Baddi

Qualification: M.sc/M.pharm/IIT Packaging/ Diploma In packaging
