Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Manager located in Silvassa. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product quality assurance and control, implementing quality management systems, and conducting inspections throughout the manufacturing process. The role also includes maintaining regulatory compliance, managing a team of quality control inspectors, and documenting and reporting quality-related issues. The Quality Control Manager will work closely with the production team to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control
• Proficiency in implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards compliance
• Skills in conducting inspections and managing a team of quality control inspectors
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the production team
• Professional Qualification in Quality Management, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in plastics and thermoware household products
