Quality Control Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Officer, your primary responsibilities will include checking and inspecting incoming raw materials and brought-out items according to the Quality Plan. You will be responsible for monitoring and supervising machines and products to ensure quality standards are met. You will be tasked with checking the online quality of finished products, conducting required tests in the lab as per IS Standard & Internal quality manual, and ensuring product quality. Additionally, you will handle BIS documentation, check the calibration status of instruments, and manage license renewals. Maintaining company quality documentation such as Quality manual, procedures, and implementing SOPs will be crucial aspects of your role. You will be involved in handling third-party inspections, BIS audits, vendor assessments, and maintaining shift discipline. Ensuring that all equipment is clean, in working condition, and working with the production team to minimize rejection and losses while maintaining product quality throughout the process will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be responsible for controlling raw material consumption, conducting trials for new products, and implementing quality planning and process feedback. Your role will involve gaining knowledge of lab technology, process improvement, and optimizing time and manpower utilization. You will set up and maintain controls for documentation procedures to ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out, and evaluated. Maintaining safety norms during your shift, preparing reports based on data analysis, attending educational workshops, and staying updated on industry practices will also be part of your duties. You will contribute to team efforts and accomplish related results as needed. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates.
