JOB DESCRIPTION – QUALITY CHECK ANALYST

Having built these basic pillars of trust (and creating a profitable venture with 300+ full-time team members), we are now exploring new avenues with bold execution.

Objective:
Ensure that the quality of reports meets benchmark standards.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and audit cases according to a predefined checklist

• Call stakeholders to clarify ambiguous situations

• Make decisions on required actions based on report quality

• Escalate matters when necessary

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail

• Diligent and ethical work approach

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Good typing speed

Work Details:

• Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon

• Working Days: 5 Days Onsite

• Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Fixed)

• Additional: 1–2 Saturdays may be worked in a month, compensated with extra overtime pay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
