Quality Analyst(Manual & Automation)

You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Manual & Automated Testing. As a Test Engineer, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing. You will be expected to identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools and collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing. Additionally, you will need to develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks, as well as perform regression testing to ensure that existing functionalities are not affected by new changes. It will be your responsibility to analyze test results and provide detailed reports on test coverage, defects, and overall quality. You should also be prepared to participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve product quality. As a Test Engineer, you will be expected to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing is crucial for this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automated testing, is required. Proficiency in using test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar is essential. You must have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies, as well as experience with issue tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are key attributes for this role. Effective communication and collaboration skills are also important. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
