Quality Analyst

You are a skilled and detail-oriented Manual Tester with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in software testing, including client communication with international customers. Your role involves having a strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), bug tracking, and quality assurance processes. Your key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing system specifications and requirements, creating, maintaining, and executing detailed test cases, identifying, recording, documenting, and tracking bugs, performing various types of testing, and communicating regularly with international clients. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and provide inputs to improve the testing process. To excel in this role, you must possess 2-3 years of experience in manual testing, hold ISTQB Certification (Foundation Level or higher), and have a solid understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, and test documentation. Experience working with international clients, hands-on experience with bug tracking tools, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills are essential. Basic knowledge of automation tools and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies are considered advantageous. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund. The work schedule is day shift from Monday to Friday. The job requires you to be based in Mohali, Punjab or be willing to relocate there before starting work. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in Manual Testing and 1 year in Automation Testing, along with ISTQB Certification.
