Full Time
Implement, maintain, and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Manage documentation control including creation, revision, approval, and archival of quality system documents. Conduct internal audits , support external audits (customer, certification body), and track NCRs & corrective actions. Assist in preparing and maintaining: Quality Manual Process Flow Diagrams Control Plans PFMEA Work Instructions Ensure effective implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments. Lead root cause analysis and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) . Coordinate with production, maintenance, and other departments for quality improvements. Monitor KPIs and prepare monthly reports for QMS performance. Support supplier quality activities including audits and documentation reviews.
