As a Production Supervisor at our Dharuhera location, your primary responsibility will be to achieve the production targets in alignment with the PPC plan. Moreover, you will be expected to focus on cost-saving initiatives related to consumables. Strong knowledge of solar module encapsulation processes , including flexible solar panel fabrication . Familiarity with fluoropolymer handling , cleanroom protocols , and automated production lines . Ability to read technical drawings , process specs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) . Excellent team leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills. Experience working with thin film, BIPV, or transparent PV modules is a plus.
